The applicant has to submit the application in the required format.

The application is duly recommended by the Dean/Head/Principal/Director of the Faculty/ Department/ College/ Institute.

Degree (Digital)

GUIDELINES/PROCEDURE FOR THE ISSUE OF DIGITAL DEGREE

The Digital Degree will be issued only if the student has successfully completed the academic program and is eligible for a Degree from Delhi University.

The Digital Degree is provided to all the eligible students who completed their course during the examination session in June 2017 and onwards and did not receive their physical/printed Degree.

The Digital Degree is only issued after the annual convocation of the previous academic year.

But under the following circumstances, it may be issued in advance prior to the Annual Convocation with the approval of the competent authority (Please see the section Degree in Advance for details):

(A) To pursue higher study abroad,

(B) To take up residence abroad,

For the issue of a digital degree, the applicant/s have to apply online through the link https://digicerti.du.ac.in

Payment of Rs.750 is to be made by the applicant on https://digicerti.du.ac.in while downloading the digital degree.

The Digital Degree may be issued within ten working days subject to the verification of the submitted documents.
